Tonia Emanuel is the founder of Coach You 360 and the creator of The Testing Season™. She works with experienced professionals who are navigating what comes next — whether that means clarifying direction, repositioning for a new role, or building the materials that communicate what they’ve contributed.

Her work as a corporate professional informs how she approaches career positioning: not as a scripted exercise, but as a process of identifying real contributions, understanding where they fit, and communicating them with clarity and purpose.

Tonia is a certified coach — life, relationship, transformational, and business coaching — since 2015, the same year she started Coach You 360 as a passion project alongside her corporate career. She officially launched and trademarked Coach You 360 in 2019.

Her fifteen years in healthcare SaaS client success included a 2022 pivot into an executive-coaching capacity, building relationships with C-level leaders, including CFOs, at a Fortune 500 company. She is trained in Human Design and is based in Richmond, Virginia.

Being a single mother also shapes how she thinks about change. Responsibilities do not disappear when someone is ready for something different. The layoff was part of that story — and she was already doing the work to move through it.
