Who is this for?
This work is for experienced professionals who want to make thoughtful decisions about what comes next. Much of my work speaks to women balancing professional ambition, personal responsibilities, and the desire for something more. You do not need to arrive with everything figured out.
Do I need to be laid off or changing careers?
No. You may value your current career and want more responsibility, better recognition, or room to explore something alongside it. You may also be navigating a layoff or considering a different direction. Your starting point shapes the work.
Why does Tonia bring career, business, and life together?
Because that is how I have lived them. I spent 15 years in client success and had been coaching since 2015, alongside my corporate career. Motherhood, work, and building something of my own were happening together. When I was laid off, I was already doing work outside my job.

Can I explore something of my own while keeping my job?
Yes—you can explore without making an immediate decision to leave. A useful starting point is getting specific about your idea, the people it could help, and the time you can realistically give it. Exploring a possibility does not guarantee income or require you to abandon your career.
What is the difference between a resource and personal coaching?
A guide or workbook gives you something structured to work through at your own pace. Personal coaching gives you dedicated time with me to examine your situation and make decisions. Each offer explains what it includes so you can choose the level of support that fits.
How are Repositioning and The Repositioning Build different?
The Repositioning Session focuses on career direction and how to position your experience. The Repositioning Build develops your professional materials once your direction is clear.
The Session is $297 at the current beta rate. The Build is $1,200, with two payments of $600 available. Build production begins after full payment, completed preparation, and a confirmed start date. You can explore either offer directly.
