Who I am
I’m Tonia Emanuel. I spent 15 years as a Senior Client Success Manager in healthcare technology — my whole job was getting non-technical people to actually use new tools, not just sit through training on them. I also raised a written data-privacy concern about an AI recording tool at my own company. I know where these tools go wrong, not just where they shine. Today I build AI products, workflows, and training full time, right here in Richmond.

Everything a small school needs to answer the AI question, in one package:

Ongoing Support — $500/month (3-month minimum)
Training fades in about 30 days without follow-up — that’s not my opinion, it’s what the research shows. This tier exists because of it: monthly check-in, updated tools and prompts as things change, and email access for teacher questions with a 48-hour response.
